ATTENTION – We are open for routine eyecare, however, we cannot accommodate any walk-in patients at this time.
You do not need an appointment if you are picking up items through the door, but masks must still be worn for service. Anyone who would like to have an adjustment or dispense inside the office must schedule an appointment. We ask that you only schedule inside dispenses/adjustments if necessary to get a custom adjustment. Otherwise we still recommend picking up glasses through the door to follow social distancing guidelines.
IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED, PLEASE REVIEW THE GUIDLINES BELOW:
What to expect when you come in for your visit:
Our office staff will assist you for the entire frame select process, we will pull all the frames off the board for you. You are welcome to try on the frames once they are handed to you and you will need to keep your mask up. Once you've tried them on we'll ask that you place them into a bin to be sanitized. This is to ensure that everything touched in the office is accounted for and sanitized before the next patient arrives.
All shipments are subject to delay. Wait times for all services are at least three weeks, however this is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you have CCHP Medi-Cal and are getting glasses through your insurance the wait time is currently at 4-12 weeks. We are required to send the glasses to one government contracted lab and are unable to get updates or expedite any glasses. If you would like to buy a separate pair of glasses, then we can send them to a private lab.
Repairs will still be done through the door only, you will hand us your glasses and we will ask you to wait outside while they are repaired. Due to the time it takes to complete repairs, we can no longer accept eyeglass repairs after 12:30pm (before lunch) or 4:30pm, you may have to drop off and pick up after our lunch hour or the following day.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call during our normal business hours listed at the bottom of this page.
Please check back frequently for updates. Thank you for your understanding.
